THE TROPHY APPROACH

I, Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett since purchasing the brand & restructuring the connected small custom - fab outfits between merging other brands & my own portfolio have looked at all areas including automotive

With trucks we see a trend in industry then a separatarion with trucks

People like towing & racing

I thought to merge the two & create an affordable similarity platform for all vehicke designs with differences including pick up trucks

Trophy truck quality meets everyday work horse & towing models

Add in Unlimited Range & we are good to go

MODELS

Single cab 2 seat

Dual cab 4-5 seat

Tri-cab 6-7 seat

We utilize a different approach than our hatches, sedans, wagons & SUV's with trucks through a different rear suspension effort

All models feature a roll-cage

Spare tires fit under cab within concealed or out back

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Same cab & bed with liner experience then towing hitch & towing options

Same body styling yet slightly more aggressive

Higher performance & advanced suspension with digital - physical features

Safer & designed to take a beating

Lower cost overall builds & opportunity to upgrade parts & customize

PRICING

THE BUILD PERSPECTIVE

Cab - Cargo - Chassis. This includes in-house or external sourced "clamp on" rear cabs. Flatbed or container if not camper or other

Exterior body designs slide on, lock on with interior & exterior features integrated

Door designs + windows. Windshield wipers + lighting & intake controls

The vehicle framing + roll cage design then slide on - snap on body plus part components with Emergency Safety System features while controlling weight & strength distribution with aerodynamics then suspension with smart monitored systems

TUBING MATERIAL & CHOICE

While round is abundant some sections may utilize a mold design or composite even connecting to in welds with clamps

A strong frame ensures maximum safety & towing capacity

MANDATORY SAFETY

Integrated Emergency Safety Systems cover all digital - physical systems then retractable air - foam bags, foam inserts & a contraction - expansion bumper effort

Designed by Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett with team below & connected to crash or take a beating

ROLL CAGE ON FRAME

The cab - cargo + chassis effort includes a roll cage integration then exterior body finishing

Ours cost less as they are part of the initial build rather than a additive expense

Industry Standard Add-Ins

The costs for a roll cage vary significantly, ranging from $2,500 for a basic bolt-in kit to well over $15,000 for a custom, TIG-welded, FIA-certified roll cage, with typical costs falling around $3,000–$6,000 for a good custom job. Key factors influencing the price include the type of cage (bolt-in vs. weld-in), materials (steel vs. chromoly), complexity (basic vs. multi-point with additional bars and mounts), and labor.

Key Cost Factors

• Custom vs. Kit:
A full custom cage built for your specific vehicle is more expensive than a generic bolt-in kit, though kits are often cheaper.

• Materials:
Chromoly (chrome-moly) steel is a more expensive, high-strength material compared to standard steel.

• Complexity & Design:
More bars, seat mounts, specific mounting points, and complex designs required to meet certain racing regulations (like FIA) significantly increase the cost.

• Welding Method:
TIG welding offers superior strength and is more expensive than MIG welding, but is often required for high-performance applications.

• Labor:
The time and skill required for fabrication and installation contribute significantly to the total cost, especially for a custom-built cage.

Example Cost Breakdowns

• Basic Custom Bolt-in:
A simple four-point bolt-in cage with seat mounts might cost around $2,500 to $4,000.

• Professional Custom Weld-in:
For a more advanced, high-strength, multi-point race cage using high-quality materials and TIG welding, expect costs to range from $4,000 to $15,000 or more.

• Pro-Built Rally Cage:
A full cage built for rally racing can be around $5,000 to $9,000, including pin stand mounts, seat mounts, and other custom features.

How to Get a Price

• Check Race Sanctioning Body Rules: Consult the rulebook for your specific racing class to understand the required specifications for a safe and compliant roll cage

• Contact a Local Shop: Get quotes from professional fabricators in your area.

• Factor in Vehicle Preparation: The cost of labor can increase if the vehicle's interior needs to be removed and reinstalled or if additional modifications are required.
