CNC Plasma Cutter and Tube Bender kits, complete with advanced software, designed for fabricating and manufacturing tube-structured projects. These tools offer a cost-effective way to boost production capacity and enhance product quality
The CNC Tube Notcher kit comes complete with all the essential hardware and software to start fabricating round tube notches and tab-and-slot assemblies. To get started, we need use a torch, air compressor, computer, and assemble a metal frame rail using blueprints.
CNC Tube Bender kit upgrades the Baileigh RDB-250 with full 3-axis CNC automation. Designing tube and pipe projects in CAD, then bend them with speed, accuracy, and repeatability using this powerful solution.

Automated interests select & move to Block 11 assembly area which includes space for the final product unit & space to cut & weld or connected materials & excess material is collected then stored in organized areas for repurposed use
Small space Block 11 automated assembly stations utilize a multi-purpose effort with automated interests which assemble all part components after cutting & welding or connecting with leveling molds for perfect finishes & timing
A full product unit is assembled efficiently in a time constraint allowing for a product to be inspected & tested for retail
The product unit is then moced to the ready for retail area for shipping
MINIMAL HUMAN LABOR
Minimal human physical labor is involved yet design & R&D against archives & indistry archives versus standards then copyrights, patents & trademarks versus open source with rights in 100-170 of 195 countries considered

Excess material is always collected like dust debris while cleaning & organizing automated interests double with skilled workers & fixed automated interests as security to ensure all systems are jn place with safety & law for the efficient Point A - B practice. We re-use all excess material & dust debris collection fir different purpose which us organized in the raw & repurposed material selection areas for storage

Salaries & Wages are currently based on 2025 CIG in structure with bonus potential & benefits package options to opt in or out
Smaller versus larger facilities require less skilled workers
Skilled Workers utilize mobile technologies to patrol & monitor security surveillance then all systems together as a grid effort
Retail Service positions & financial investments will be number one whole human physical labor across the board is automated while skilled labors offer security patrol & maintenance to oversee automated systems functioning properly
Any form of human physical labor will involve technological intervention to void as tedious & physical tasks are going full automation with PhD cross knowledge & trained AI AGI Virtual Assistants & AI Humanoid Robots with Fixed Place Robotics
